Website Review: CacaoWeb - A Chocolate Cake Recipe Collection
CacaoWeb with its title Cooking with Chocolate and Cocoa presents recipes for
many chocolate cakes, including Brownies,
Chocolate Fondant, Death By Chocolate, Devil's Food Cake, Flourless Chocolate Cake and other recipes. Separate sections cover
cakes made with cocoa and chocolate fudges. CacaoWeb also includes a page on the manufacture of cocoa and chocolate and links to
other chocolate cake websites. There are also fish and meat recipes with chocolate
as well as recipes for chocolate fudges and truffles.
CacaoWeb has not a very large selection of recipes, but those presented seem to be of high quality. CacaoWeb is a good starting point when
looking for chocolate cake recipes because of the links to numerous chocolate cake recipe websites. Some of the favorite recipes are briefly
described below.
